La Niña en Rose

Drinking mezcal is like viewing the world through rose colored glasses. We live in a world where we are bombarded stressful situations, left and right, it is only proper to indulge every once in a while with a delicious cocktail and view life in a lighter, and perhaps pinker, way.

LA NIÑA DEL MEZCAL EN ROSE POPSICLES
2 oz Mezcal La Niña del Mezcal
2 oz Artisanal Rose Syrup
2 oz Bui Mineral water
1 cucumber slice
2 yellow pepper slice
¼ oz Lemon juice
1 dash Orange bitters

Macerate mezcal, rose syrup, cucumber, yellow pepper and lemon juice in a shaker. Add mineral water, orange bitters and ice and hard shake.  Strain and pour into shot glasses and freeze. Decorate with rose petals.
